PEJ: Worth Avoiding As Pressures From Higher Rates Mount I maintain the Hold rating on the Invesco Leisure and Entertainment ETF. In August, the PEJ portfolio was reconstituted, with 11 names replaced. As a consequence, its growth and quality characteristics weakened. I expect PEJ to underperform IVV into 2027, as its factor mix is dangerously light in quality and growth, which makes it more vulnerable to macro headwinds.
